It Came Out From Under A Rock...

*crawls out from under rock and brushes off dust*

Greetings Blog-Readers!

I have returned!

Today was the last day of my courses and it is time to get back on the socialite bandwagon.... so to speak... ?! :P

So this is a note to all my friends: ring me now if something is going on, cause I am well and truly ready to cut loose and wreak havoc on society! MUAHAHAHA *cough*

As you can probably tell, my self-inflicted hermitage has had a rather ill effect on my sanity...what little I had in the first place :D

Anyhoo, Random Jess Update:

1) Am finished for the year, as I said. Now to write more personal songs, rather than finishing assignments :P
2) I shall be in Wellington for most of next week, taking part in some musical business plan-thingee I've been invited to attend. I'm going up there to jam, write some music, see if I match up musically with other people, and if all goes well I'm looking at a role as Music Director in the project... whether or not I'll accept such a hefty position and responsibility remains to be seen, as it could possibly change my life around completely!
3) In relation to the above, am also going to be playing in a band at Parachute '06... so you better all be going!!!!!!!!!!! It will be a good experience for me. Hopefully it will encourage me to get off my ass, write my music and get a band together myself to take to Parachute '07... Anyhoo...
4) THE POOL IS 30 DEGREES! Who is coming to my place for a swim these hols?! *grins*
5) My parents are going away this Christmas, leaving me all by me onesies, so if there are going to be any other orphaned children in Christchurch, let me know! We should organise something! I hear the Suva St flat might be up for a Christmas party???... (I'd do something here, but we all know what my parents are like, and the further along I go in my Christian walk, the more guilty I feel if I go behind their backs and have people over anyway. Much as I'd obviously like to... My mother is paranoid, I swear... *shakes head* "Your friends will set fire to the house!!!"..not that she has said that, but she may as well :P)
6) BEAT this Thursday! If you have no idea what I'm talking about, it's the end of year concert/party for the Jazz and Rock School at CPIT. Tickets are available through Ticketek. It's at the Convention Centre. AWESOME! Once the concert is done, us Jazzites will take over the entire place and party until midnight...at which point everyone will go off to their own individual underground-barely-legal-gatherings *grins* (lol, I exaggerate, but you get the idea). Fun for me! *does a little dance* In any case, the concert is open to all of ya, if you're willing to pay out a few bucks through Ticketek.
